This role serves as a strategic partner and execution leader within the Global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (COE), responsible for driving enterprise-wide initiatives aligned to critical business and talent imperatives. The position blends portfolio leadership, project management excellence, and integration oversight to ensure cohesive delivery of the global TA agenda.Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, this leader provides structure and momentum across the TA initiative portfolio, overseeing major cross COE programs, integrations, and priority efforts. The role also supports the ongoing development and maturation of the global TA function, helping evolve capabilities, tools, and ways of working to improve effectiveness and scalability. The position plays a key role in shaping how technology, data, and emerging solutions enhance Talent Acquisition outcomes.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Portfolio Management
- Partner with the Global Head of Talent Acquisition and TA leadership team to shape and execute the multi‑year TA strategic agenda
- Own the TA enterprise roadmap, ensuring alignment to business priorities, workforce strategy, and global people initiatives
- Lead a portfolio of complex, cross‑COE initiatives, managing interdependencies, risks, and outcomes
- Translate strategic imperatives into executable plans with clear milestones, success metrics, and governance
- Ensure consistent prioritization and sequencing of initiatives across regions and TA COEs
- Identify opportunities to strengthen and evolve TA capabilities, processes, and operating practices
- Translate emerging trends (AI, automation, analytics, digital platforms) into practical, scalable TA enhancements
Enterprise Project & Change Leadership
- Lead high‑visibility, global TA initiatives end‑to‑end, including capability enhancements, technology enablement, and process standardization
- Apply disciplined project management and change methodologies to drive adoption and measurable outcomes
- Establish and maintain project governance, cadence, and reporting for TA and HR leadership
- Drive alignment and engagement across TA, HR COEs, Digital, Finance, and business stakeholders
Integration & Enterprise Initiatives
- Provide leadership oversight for TA‑related integrations, including M&A, divestitures, and large‑scale organizational changes
- Coordinate TA integration activities across COEs, regions, and partners to ensure speed, consistency, and experience
- Partner with HR M&A, business leaders, and functional COEs to align talent acquisition approaches during transitions
- Capture lessons learned and embed improvements into future integration and change playbooks
Cross‑COE Alignment & Enablement
- Drive collaboration and shared accountability across TA COEs (e.g., Early Career, Executive, Employer Brand, TA Technology)
- Support consistent ways of working, decision clarity, and escalation paths across the global TA ecosystem
- Use insight, data, and feedback to inform continuous improvement and incremental development of TA capabilities
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in a relevant field of study
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, HR COE, or enterprise HR leadership roles
- Demonstrated success leading large global initiatives (ex: TA integration / M&A / transformations) in matrixed environments
- Must possess advanced problem-solving skills to navigate complex, cross-functional initiatives with aggressive timelines and high leadership visibility
- History of success leading change management and communication strategies to identify and drive adoption of innovative solutions to enhance TA processes
- Strong program and project management expertise, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Necessitates exceptional executive communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills to engage and influence key stakeholders across the organization effectively
- Must be highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable operating in ambiguity while driving disciplined execution
- Requires the ability to anticipate potential issues and proactively de-risk through strategic planning
- Strong leadership is essential for both direct influence and to influence without authority, align diverse stakeholders, and drive cohesive delivery of the global TA agenda
