Senior Accountant

RoseRyan, a leading accounting and consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. As a Senior Accountant at RoseRyan, you will play a key role in providing financial guidance and support to our clients. You will be responsible for managing and analyzing financial data, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and helping to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures
• Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and systems
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA or equivalent certification
• Cost Accounting experience a big PLUS
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior accounting role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Seeking all skills levels $55 to $75/hr DOE
