Scalable Value Orientation: A hands-on approach to platform prioritization—balancing fast, incremental value delivery for consumers while laying the technical foundation for future scale.
Strong Product Judgment: Strategic clarity on where to deep-dive, when to say "not right now," and how to navigate technical trade-offs pragmatically.
Outcome Orientation: A principles-backed approach to decision-making that consistently identifies high-leverage opportunities and aligns teams around business impact.
Growth Mindset: A strong bias for action, continuous learning, and an eagerness to tackle complex technical challenges with an open, collaborative spirit.
