Title: Natural Areas Technician

Job Summary/Basic Functions

The responsibilities of Natural Areas technicians will vary, depending on the nature of position, and can include environmental education, land management, public relations, research, and other aspects associated with our mission and our agency partners' missions. These include but are not limited to:
1. Assist with habitat management, non-motorized trail work, and developed recreation maintenance.
2. Assist with environmental education or natural history research projects.
3. Work with community outreach programs.
4. Develop interpretive signs and brochures.
5. Work on feasibility studies in order to develop new programming.
