Acquisition Analyst, Journeyman (2787)

PSI Pax, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for an Acquisition Analyst to join our team in support of our CI&IDS customer in St. Inigoes.

In support of the CI&IDS Division’s hardware procurement requirements, PSI Pax provides acquisition support services in the following areas: 

• Assist in the generation of the appropriate Procurement Initiation Documents (PIDs) in the Navy Acquisition Management System’s (AMS) Procurement Management Tool (PMT) for Hardware contracts.
• Support the maintenance of a current list of required items that are to be procured and provide support in the preparation of procurement documentation, including any documents required to complete a Purchase Requisition (PR).
• Assist the Government with the generation of Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Quotes (RFQ) notices for Government review and submission.
• Support the documentation of planned and actual dates for procurement timelines and track the status of all on-going Division hardware acquisition packages from initial planning phases, award, execution, and closeout both within Navy ERP and CI&IDS Division tracking tools.
• Assist in the preparation of Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for all pre-award and post-award hardware contract requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Secret Clearance.
• Must have at less than three years of hardware acquisition experience.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with Simplified Acquisition Procurement (SAP)
• Lakehurst contracts
• COPARS

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s, OR no degree plus six (6) years of additional work experience related to the applicable labor categories, or Associate degree plus four years of additional work experience related to the applicable labor categories; required experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
