<p><span><span>We are looking for a </span></span><b><span>Senior </span><span>Lead,</span><span> Software Engineer </span></b><span><span> to join our team in Antwerp. </span></span><br/><span><span> </span></span><br/><b><span>About You – experience, education, skills, and </span><span>accomplishments</span><span>  </span></b><span> </span></p><ul><li><p><span><span>7+ years of work experience in software engineering</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>5+ years of experience with </span><span>.Net</span><span> C#, SQL development and related tools.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><br/><b><span>It would be great if you also had . . .  </span></b><span> </span><ul><li><p><span><span>Degree in Computer Science, Software Design, or related field</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Experience working with cloud-based applications and cloud </span><span>tools</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>What will you be doing in this role? </span></b><span> </span></p><ul><li><p>Lead project teams and provide technical expertise for various engineering projects.</p></li><li><p>Apply technical knowledge to development of products and processes and identify additional value-added opportunities related to specific projects.</p></li><li><p>Propose, develop, review, and revise new procedures as needed for the continuing development of high-quality systems.</p></li><li><p>Define architecture of software solution.</p></li><li><p>Provide technical mentoring to other team members.</p></li><li><p>Execute department processes and policies. Participate in the creation, implementation, and administration of departmental policies, procedures, and work instructions.</p></li><li><p>Serve as an internal consultant on specific projects outside of team or department.</p></li><li><p>Provide innovative suggestions and recommendations for new projects based upon technical and product knowledge.</p></li><li><p>Maintain knowledge of state-of-the-art technology to incorporate new developments into products.</p></li><li><p>Propose technical advances and evaluate new hardware / software for company use.</p></li><li><p>Automate tests and unit test all assigned applications.</p></li><li><p>Write application and system technical documentation.</p></li></ul><p><span><span> </span></span><span><span> </span></span></p><p><b><span>Hours of Work  </span></b><span> </span></p><p><span><span>The expected core hours of engagement will be an 8-hour day starting </span><span>at CEST</span><span> 9:00 </span><span>AM</span><span> and ending </span><span>at CEST</span><span> 5:00 </span><span>PM</span><span>.
