Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Part-Time | Center-Based | Immediate Need

 

Position Overview:We are seeking an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and provide meaningful ABA services in a center-based setting. This is a part-time role with immediate openings.

Schedule:

• Part-Time / Afternoons: 2 PM – 6 PM (flexible start time with other work schedules)

Location:

• Center-Based (in-home services may occasionally be required)

Pay:

• $22–$26/hour

Ideal Candidate:

• Active RBT certification preferred (training available for non-certified candidates)

• Passion for working with children and families

• Experience in ABA preferred but not required

• Reliable transportation and comfort providing in-home services if needed

Responsibilities

Provide in-person behavior therapy services within home, community, and clinic settings by working directly with clients, either 1:1 or small group setting.

 

 

Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or eligible to test

• CPR (hands-on, in-class) certification (AHA)

• Experience working with children

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent

• Reliable transportation

• Valid Driver’s License or Driver’s Permit
