The Therapist I is a member of a multidisciplinary team responsible for ensuring the incorporation of psychosocial and environmental needs in the recovery process of the individual receiving services. The Therapist I provide clinical guidance, individual, family and group psychotherapy. The Therapist I is also responsible for maintaining the recovery plans for the individuals receiving services.

Pay rate: starting at $25/hour

Bonus: $1000.00 for full time employees:

$200.00 - After completing 90-day probation
$400.00 - After 6 months of employment
$400.00 - After one year of employment

Schedule: 8a - 4p

The Therapist I is a member of a multidisciplinary team responsible for ensuring the incorporation of psychosocial and environmental needs in the recovery process of the individual receiving services.  The Therapist I provide clinical guidance, individual, family and group psychotherapy.  The Therapist I is also responsible for maintaining the recovery plans for the individuals receiving services.

Essential Job Related Responsibilities

Conduct group therapy according to a stage of group development.  This includes establishing the agenda, identifying issues to be discussed by the group, and facilitating communication among group members.

Aid consumers in meeting psycho-social / environmental needs utilizing a supportive casework approach.  Develop individualized treatment plans and establish treatment goals and objectives.  Revise treatment plans on an ongoing
