Job Description
Responsibilities
- Partner cross-functionally to analyze and guide NBCUniversal’s Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business strategy
- Develop financial modeling and impact analyses of all Peacock strategic monetization decisions
- Work cross-functionally to develop a consolidated and comprehensive long-range business plan for Peacock
- Partner with teams across the organization to inform strategic perspective and financial modeling
- Drive ad hoc analyses to evaluate performance and growth initiatives
- Identify and evaluate key business initiatives (e.g., strategic partnerships, pricing and revenue strategies, new products, et al) that will drive towards revenue and monetization optimization
- Coordinate with respective teams to operationalize strategic recommendations
- Monitor competitive landscape to identify emerging areas of opportunity and potential risks
- Create presentation materials which clearly communicate financial analysis, incorporate strategic perspective, and coherently drive toward a recommendation / conclusion
- Develop relationships across Peacock, direct to consumer and broader Comcast-NBCU organization
- Manage and assist in the development of junior member(s) of the team

Salary range: $180,000-$240,000 (bonus and long-term incentive eligible).
Qualifications
Qualifications/Requirements
- 2+ years of investment banking and/or management consulting experience; 7-10 years of overall work experience in strategic finance/ business development/consulting and/or media.
- Strong proficiency in developing strategic analyses, financial models, executive presentations
- Experience gathering & analyzing research, utilizing both internal and external industry sources
- Ability to clearly articulate the “so what”
- Skilled at developing consensus and influencing decision making process
- Background in television, film, or digital media distribution
- Well versed in current streaming media trends and the evolution of technology distribution platforms
- Operate effectively in a large, highly decentralized organization
Desired Characteristics
- Self-starter with experience managing separate workstreams that feed into larger deal/project team task
- Strong interpersonal and internal/external relationship management skills
