Summary

 

OneStream is looking for a Senior OneStream Administrator to join its Accounting team.  The Senior OneStream Administrator position will work with the accounting and finance groups to support our internal use of the OneStream XF Platform. They will help serve our stakeholder community in the existing setup of OneStream and help support the additional enhancements and utilization of the OneStream XF Platform and MarketPlace tools. This may include the building and enhancing reports and dashboards, workflow processes, and implementing new modules of OneStream software to help streamline monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements for management and external stakeholders. This role is also responsible for managing metadata updates, enhancements, and system maintenance, as well as supporting the overall administration of the OneStream XF application. This person will work with the Senior OneStream Manager and report to the Senior Manager of Financial Reporting and Systems.

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

 

• Function as the OneStream Administrator of Internal OneStream instance, including the recurring tasks across various workflows such as Corporate Accounting, External Reporting, FP&A, Management Reporting, and Revenue Reporting.
• Maintenance of the system’s metadata in accordance with the Company’s change management policy and summarize and distribute notes on changes monthly to accounting and finance users.

• Provisioning users in OneStream security settings and performing regular security reviews on access.
• Help develop and maintain documentation over key processes and controls, used to support the cubes across the OneStream environment.
• Coordinate and execute system upgrades throughout the year; summarize and distribute notes on these releases to end user community.
• Troubleshoot end-user issues or questions; help communicate training offerings to our end user community.
• Create, maintain, and update financial reports and forms as well as building and maintenance of some dashboards to help support and enhance OS for end users.
• Assist in current and potentially new integrations with source systems (Intacct, UKG, etc.) and help perform validations to ensure desired downstream results as required to OneStream XF Cubes.

Required Education and Experience

• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or Information Systems.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience administering, implementing or optimizing EPM/CPM applications, preferably:
• OneStream.
• Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).
• Hyperion Planning.
• Financial Consolidation.
• Close Cloud, etc.
• Experience showing a strong knowledge of financial processes, including experience with financial close, consolidations, financial reporting, and FP&A.
• Prior experience gathering business requirements and translating those to help design a solution.
• Experience with VB.net and composing business rules and logic.
• Ability to analyze financial data and financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Statement of Cash Flows).
• Experience with multiple sources of data integration.
• Good working knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Strong customer orientation and team orientation, solutioning for business applications in the OneStream application.
• Thorough understanding of finance processes and business processes.
• Understand and manage data integration.

Required Education and Experience

•  MBA or MA/MS Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems.
•  OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) – Lead Architect.
•  OneStream Certified Associate (OCA) in Administration.
•  Knowledgeable about General Ledger Systems, preferably Sage Intacct.
•  Knowledgeable about other OneStreamXF solutions, such as:
  •  Task Manager.
  •  Account Reconciliation.
