What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

•  Agentic Prompt Engineering: Engineer prompts and optimize few-shot techniques to define and enhance the autonomous behavior, decision-making capabilities, and goal-oriented interactions of large language model-powered agents within Copilot Studio. Focus on enabling personalized recommendations, automated task execution, and complex workflow orchestration

• Intelligent Agent Evaluation & Optimization: Evaluate and fine-tune agentic LLM behaviors (zero-shot and few-shot capabilities) and conversational flows, ensuring robust task generalization, exploring explainability for transparent agent actions, and ensuring seamless integration and performance within interactive Copilot Studio applications and enterprise workflows

• Agent Dialogue & Action Quality: Collaborate closely with ML and Integration engineers to leverage LLMs' pre-trained potential and Copilot Studio's action invocation capabilities. Ensure the delivery of contextually appropriate agent responses and the triggering of intelligent, automated actions within user-friendly, enterprise-grade applications and digital experiences

• Solid experience developing and implementing generative AI models (e.g. GPT, VAE, GANs) with strong understanding of deep learning techniques, specifically applying  them to create sophisticated agent behaviors, natural language understanding, and dynamic conversational flows

• Proficient in modern develpment languages with extensive experience working with Machine Learning and NLP processing techniques and tools, specifically for designing, orchestrating and integrating sophisticated AI agents

• Scalable Agent Systems Architecture: Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles applied to building scalable, robust, and secure AI agents and comprehensive Copilot Studio solutions

• Microsoft Copilot Studio & Azure AI Expertise: Deep expertise in Azure Open AI, OpenAI Studio, GPT-3/4, and extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio for end-to-end agent development, including topic definition, entity recognition, action invocation, generative answers, adaptive cards, and deployment strategies. Demonstrated ability to integrate Copilot Studio agents with backend systems, APIs, and enterprise data sources via Power Automate and custom connectors
