Position Requirements

What you'll need…

• Marketing experience in the financial services industry with specific experience in direct-to-consumer touchpoints that drove measurable financial results. Experience working in a centralized marketing function to provide local marketing support/guidance to multi-retail or multi-franchise organizations also a plus.
• Experience with segmenting and personalizing digital touchpoints through tools like Salesforce, Adobe and more.
• Bachelor's degree with a concentration in communication, marketing, journalism, web development or information management preferred or related/equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of experience in communication, marketing, journalism with at least 5+ years of experience with digital and other marketing channels including social media, web or intranet development, user centered design, paid media, direct marketing and/or project management or comparable experience.
• Analytics mindset with numerical aptitude. Proven knowledge of marketing reporting, analysis and strategy and relevant tools.

Candidates that live within in a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.  

Salary Information

Edward Jones' compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (such as accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness), short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage.
