Director of Mobility

The role:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as Director of Mobility. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the sustained growth of our Mobility product while introducing innovative solutions to enhance the overall CarTrawler value proposition. Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing the Mobility strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as the Chief Business Officer, Directors of Partnerships, Supply, Head of Insurance & Go Live, and drawing upon the collective expertise of Commercial, Customer, Trading, and Data Science & Revenue Management. This is a unique opportunity for a strategic thinker and collaborative leader to contribute significantly to the success and evolution of our mobility offerings. Reporting to:   Chief Business Officer Main accountabilities and key tasks:•           Play a leadership role with the Business function management team.•           Setting and executing the Mobility strategy and commercial plan with a strong focus on delivering financial targets.•           Ownership for the Mobility P&L down to a profitability level.•           Lead a cross functional team including commercial, supply, customer and insights.•           Driving the Mobility product (technology and supply) roadmap based on market insights and leading the business prioritisation in conjunction with product and technology.•           Cultivating relationships with senior stakeholders across partners and suppliers to demonstrate our expertise and drive positive outcomes for new sales, optimisations and renewals.•           Drive the Mobility sales strategy and support business development and partner management teams.•           Continually analyse and improve the product suite and partner performances.•           Ownership for large Mobility RFPs and competitive sales processes.•           Accountable for contract renewals across partners and suppliers•           Regular internal reporting to Leadership Team.•           Externally presenting to partners and at industry events. Why Join:“I joined CarTrawler as I wanted to work in a company that was truly best in class and had a proposition that took our partners ancillary revenue contribution and customer experience to the next level.
