Job Description:

Summary:

Healthy Schools, Healthy Communities lab requires assistance with Healthy Corners and GusNIP data collection, entry, review and analysis for the 2025 evaluation.

Responsibilities:

• Complete data collection with two survey instruments, one each for the Healthy Corners intercept survey and the GusNIP participant survey, to achieve 200 completed surveys across 12 Healthy Corner Store locations. 

• Research assistants will be trained on proper survey administration, deployed to different healthy corner store locations with partners across DC’s Wards 5, 7, and 8.

• Administer the required surveys to eligible customers and enter data into Qualtrics in a timely manner after collection.

• Assist with tabulating and analyzing results. 

• The research assistants will also support report writing to a degree and drafting corresponding charts and appendices.

Position Type/Expected Hours Of Work:

• Part-Time.

• 10 hours per week.

• April 2025 - July 2025.

Salary Range:

• $17.50-$18.50 per hour.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Preferred majors in Public Health and/or Health Promotion.
