Senior Compliance Associate with Italian - 1 year contract, Product Safety and Compliance

1 year fixed term contract<br/><br/>The Product Safety and Compliance team is at the heart of our customer safety practices in Amazon. As a Senior Product Compliance Associate, you’ll work closely with a wide variety of Amazon colleagues and external vendors. In this role, every day is an opportunity to learn more about the complexities of compliance. <br/><br/>Key job responsibilities<br/>Your responsibilities as a Senior Product Compliance Associate may include:<br/><br/>- search for and classify products in accordance with Amazon’s regulatory obligations regarding these products.<br/>- taking appropriate measures to protect customers from recalled or unsafe products;<br/>- communicating with sellers around product compliance documentation and reinstatement<br/><br/>Also, in addition to the above basic responsibilities, you are expected to be involved in broader organizational activities. This may include the following tasks:<br/><br/>- search for opportunities for improvement;<br/>- training and mentoring of other employees;<br/>- analysis of quality and problems related to the process, as well as recommendations for improvement;<br/>- notifying the supervisor/manager of process updates received from stakeholders;<br/>- communication with clients, keeping notes and documentation on such communication.<br/><br/><br/>A day in the life<br/>In your role as a Senior Product Compliance Associate, you will ensure that safety remains a priority for colleagues, vendors, and customers.
