Purpose of Role

The Lead Product Manager, Digital Content will focus on maximizing the impact of brand storytelling and product activation on the web through innovative consumer experiences within our product team. In this role you will fuel digital growth within our commerce ecosystem by collaborating with digital product and design leaders as well as marketing, copy and creative teams to deliver compelling experiences that maximize the impact of brand and product campaigns.

Your Impact

  • Own and execute a complex set of projects, through ideation, discovery and implementation, balancing long-term data-driven optimizations with test-and-learn initiatives for your roadmaps. 
  • Collaborate with business and marketing teams to identify solutions that streamline content management and improve CMS usability, removing manual pain points and identify opportunities to bring our campaign stories to life.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure strategic alignment, and integration within the broader product line, collaborating regularly with cross-functional stakeholders and leading your team as needed for success.
  • Stay competitive by researching the market and identifying ways to differentiate our offerings.
  • Lead teams (engineering, UX, etc.) to deliver features, write specifications, and create clear product narratives that articulate project goals, solutions, and success paths.
  • Analyze customer feedback, product data, and external benchmarks to identify new opportunities and make iterative changes to optimize the product.
  • Manage the Digital Content roadmap, ensuring transparent communication of progress, priorities, and data-driven decision-making across the digital landscape.
  • Focus on delivering great products and enhancing the consumer experience, with a passion for making athletes better around the world.
  • Define solutions for complex user needs, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills to explore data and research.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with typically 5 years of relevant experience, OR Master's degree with typically 3 years of relevant experience, OR Typically 9 years of relevant work experience without degree 
  • Expertise in using data to drive product decisions, with experience in A/B testing, user research, and analytics tools like Adobe Analytics. 
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to drive alignment and successful product outcomes.
  • Ability to craft a compelling product narrative that clearly articulates project motivation, goals, and success pathways. Skilled in framing problems and solutions logically and persuasively, both in writing and speaking. Comfortable presenting to groups and influencing stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience working in agile environments, familiarity with tools such as Jira, and strong understanding of the full product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch iteration.

Base Compensation

 $128,570.00 - $176,783.20 USD
