Customer Service Assistant

As we expand our clientele, we are looking for Customer Service Assistants who are team-oriented, passionate about building relationships, and eager to assist others.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong and lasting relationships with clients and customers with the goal of driving sales and customer enrollment
• Identify and resolve client issues and concerns, ensuring client satisfaction
• Utilize product knowledge to support sales efforts and facilitate new client acquisitions
• Provide clients with personalized purchasing experiences and excellent customer service
• Collaborate with the sales team to process orders and set installation dates
• Document client information and ensure accurate purchase orders
• Work with fellow team members to achieve sales targets

Ideal Candidate:

• High School Diploma or equivalent certification required
• 1-3 years of experience in Marketing, Customer Service, Hospitality, Sales, or related fields preferred
• People-oriented, with a strong desire to build and nurture relationships
• Charismatic and personable, facilitating positive interactions with team members
• Results-driven and self-motivated, continually improving interpersonal skills
• Strong active listening skills and empathy toward client concerns
• Solution-oriented with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
