THE WORK:

• You’ll perform continuous quality assurance inspections for all construction and renovation projects across facilities.
• You’ll validate compliance with building codes, standards, and approved construction documents to ensure construction quality and design intent.
• You’ll conduct detailed construction oversight to confirm building soundness, durability, and long-term maintenance considerations.
• You’ll prepare and submit daily site inspection reports verifying compliance with approved plans, specifications, and codes.
• You’ll coordinate in the field with clients, contractors, designers, consultants, and regulatory agencies to resolve construction issues.
• You’ll monitor and document contractor resource utilization, including labor, materials, and equipment, for field changes and time-and-material work.
• You’ll participate in construction, safety, and coordination meetings to support project progress and compliance.
• You’ll verify equipment and materials installation and coordinate third-party material testing and inspections.
• You’ll review contractor schedules, measure and record pay quantities and provide input on potential change orders.
• You’ll maintain detailed daily records of all on-site construction activities to support accurate documentation and reporting.
• Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
