Customer Service Booking coordinator

<h3>Description</h3> <p>We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator that will handle the following:</p><ul><li>Handling incoming booking of the customers</li><li>Prepare correct billing</li><li>Prepare Bill of lading and certificates</li><li>Provide marine operations hazardous cargo details</li><li>Obtain hazardous cargo approval</li><li>Provide final loading list to marine operations</li><li>Close export vessels and transmit cargo details</li><li>In time to overseas agents as per working procedures</li><li>Keep control on the export ancillary charges</li><li>Advise overseas agents by transmittance manifest details by „cash against documents“ conditions only release after payment</li><li>Provide marine operations dept. Hazardous cargo details per container for in time correct billing</li><li>Release ships documents after vessel sailing to customers</li></ul> <h3>Requirements</h3> <ul><li>Completed education in Shipping and Forwarding - MBO level</li><li>Minimum 2 years experiences in customer service in Shipping industry</li><li>Able to work in team in an open plan office environment</li><li>Able to handle stress and to prioritize</li><li>Speaks Dutch at an idiomatic level and fluent in English</li><li>Good knowledge of Excel</li><li>Computer skills - proficient in MS office</li></ul>
