Identify key metrics, trends, and opportunities to enhance our performance and perform regular data exchange with customers (e.g. turnover reports). </span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><b><span>Preparing Customer-Specific Material</span></b><span> - Gather data from internal and external databases (such as SAP, Mapis, and Globus Extra-net) to craft tailored materials for crucial interactions with customers at annual negotiations and visits.
