Project Description
We are seeking a full-time law clerk/legal intern interested in experiencing the practice of law within the law department of a premier biotechnology company. We are seeking a full-time law clerk/legal intern interested in experiencing the practice of law within the law department of a premier biotechnology company.
The law clerk/intern will support the Law Department’s Corporate Governance & Securities Group during the summer of 2026 and provide general assistance with a variety of legal and administrative tasks, principally in respect of corporate governance, securities reporting, and general corporate matters. Responsibilities will include providing assistance with (i) reviewing and updating corporate governance policies and procedures, (ii) preparing filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (including periodic and current reports) and other regulatory filings, (iii) maintaining the company’s entity management system, and (iv) legal research and writing. First-year law students only. Students with an exhibited interest in healthcare, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical matters are preferred, but not required.
Necessary Technical Skills
First-year law students only
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite including MS Word and PowerPoint and using other data‐driven applications.
Strong writing, research, communication and interpersonal skills.
Exhibited interest in healthcare, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical matters is preferred, but not required.

Please note our intern pay ranges are determined by level of education (year in school) and degree program.
- The hourly rate range for Tarrytown, NY, Sleepy Hollow, NY, Armonk, NY, and Basking Ridge, NJ includes: $17.90-$50.90 per hour.
To be considered for this opportunity, you must be enrolled in, or accepted to, an academic program pursuing a Law degree (and be returning to school the semester following the internship).
