ProSidian Seeks a Business Analyst | Change and Transformation [GMU0009008] for Information Technology on a Exempt 1099 Contract: No Overtime Pay Basis Contract Contingent located CONUS - Fairfax VA Across The Mid Atlantic Region supporting strategic delivery of Government and Public Services Sector Human Capital Solutions through Temporary Help Services and Recruiting/Staff Augmentation capabilities for the City of Charlotte (COC).

Seeking Business Analyst candidates with relevant Education, And Academia Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Education, And Academia Sector Clients such as GMU.  This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Change and Transformation Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - IT Consulting and Staff Augmentation Services Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a Business Analyst [IT Consulting and Staff Augmentation Services] in the Education, And Academia Industry Sector focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as George Mason University (GMU) | George Mason University | Information Technology Services (ITS) Generally Located In CONUS - Fairfax VA and across the Mid Atlantic Region (Of Country/World).

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Business Analyst | Change and Transformation [GMU0009008]

• Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and user acceptance testing.
• Map business processes and recommend improvements.
• Support implementation of enterprise applications (Ellucian Banner, Salesforce, etc.).
• Serve as liaison between ITS teams and University stakeholders.

Qualifications

Desired Qualifications For Business Analyst | Change and Transformation [GMU0009008] (GMU0009008) Candidates:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of IT/business analysis experience.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

• Experience in higher education IT preferred.
• Familiarity with Banner, Canvas, and Team Dynamix desirable.

Skills Required

• Requirements documentation, workflow mapping, UAT coordination.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
