Job Summary:

In this role, you will support the effective delivery of crisis services in alignment with DMH and CARF standards. You will oversee operational leadership across various programs, including the Mobile Crisis Response Team (MCRT) and Community Behavioral Health Liaison (CBHL), ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate assigned staff to promote a team-based, trauma-informed culture.
  • Ensure programs meet DMH and CARF standards, organizational policies, and state/federal regulations.
  • Support the implementation of the SAMHSA Crisis Continuum of Care while monitoring access, timeliness, and appropriateness of services.
  • Foster positive relationships with law enforcement, healthcare providers, and community partners to improve coordination and system navigation.
  • Ensure accurate and timely collection and reporting of outcome data, participating in program evaluation and quality improvement activities.
  • Facilitate communication and integration between crisis services and other organizational departments.

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related behavioral health field.
  • Minimum two years of supervisory or program leadership experience in a behavioral health crisis setting.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and in collaborative community partnerships.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Successful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint check.
  • Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.

Physical Requirements:

  • ADA Consideration - Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (exists up to 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently (exists 1/3 to 2/3 of the time) to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shift. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
