Job Description

Job Summary: The Global IT Project Leader is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific projects which have a beginning, an end, and specified deliverables. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to ensure that project goals are met and that the business applications align with the overall business strategy. Creating a synergy between different project, making sure they fit IT strategy, respecting internal architecture internal good practices is key for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and implementation of IT business application projects.
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Define project tasks and resource requirements.
• Develop full-scale project plans.
• Assemble and coordinate project staff and schedule project timelines.
• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
• Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions.
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
• Project evaluations and assessment of results.
• Be a mentor for Functional Project Leaders.
• Definition of development Framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Master in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management (3 to 5 years)
• Industrial knowledge in a Global Organisation is a plus: good comprehension of logistic and financial workflow
• Proven experience in change management, and ability to work with cross-functional teams. 
• Proficient in project management software.
• Knowledge of Power Apps is a plus.

Additional Information

Location can be based in one of our European site, with preference for Lyon (France), Tarnov (Poland), Liverpool (UK). 

Home office policy - 2 to 3 days a week
