<h3>Job Description</h3> <p><b>Your Responsibilities </b><br/><br/>Implement the supplier for ADM’s Source to Pay system (Coupa Portal).  <br/><br/>This includes the following: <ul><li>Act as Point of Contact and support for ADM suppliers transacting on Coupa Portal </li><li>Effectively plan to define outcomes, identify changes, and implement solutions </li><li>Ensure compliance with all ADM policies and procedures </li><li>Recommend, develop, and implement process and system improvements to continuously improve efficiency and strengthen controls </li><li>Interact with multiple levels of Accounting, IT, Internal Audit, and Commercial and Operational Management </li><li>Effectively partner with other internal departments to accomplish tasks </li><li>Work efficiently and expediently to accomplish goals </li><li>Edit/review/create ADM specific supplier training material </li><li>Identify and address problem areas within Account Payable processes </li><li>Enable suppliers to transact via cXML, CSP, SAN (electronic invoicing within the portal) </li></ul><b>Your Profile </b><ul><li>2+ years of relevant job experience required, </li><li>Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred, </li><li>Working knowledge of Excel, Sharepoint will be an advantage, </li><li>Working knowledge of SAP, Coupa will be an advantage,  </li><li>Expected to complete projects within specified deadlines, </li><li>Ability to analyze and design business processes, </li><li>Create a positive work environment through teamwork &amp; conflict resolution </li><li>Fluent in English &amp; German </li><li>Italian language skills would be an advantage</li></ul></p> <h3>City</h3> <p>Poznań </p> <h3>State</h3> <p>Wielkopolska</p> <h3>Location Country</h3> <p>Poland</p> <h3></h3> <p><b>About ADM</b> <br/><br/> At ADM, we unlock the power of nature to provide access to nutrition worldwide.
