About the Role

The EMEA HR Business Partner Lead will act as a strategic advisor to business units, ensuring HR initiatives align with organizational goals. This role will collaborate with the Global Head of HR to drive engagement, enhance performance, and support change management efforts, fostering a high-performing and inclusive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Business Partnering

  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and challenges, aligning HR strategies to support business goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, PULSE Survey, promotion process and performance management.
  • Support retention strategies to retain top talent.
  • Assist in organizational development initiatives, facilitating change management processes and communication.

Compliance and Reporting

  • Ensure all HR related practices comply with local legal regulations.
  • Prepare and present reports on HR metrics and strategic initiatives to senior management.
  • Lead HR audits related to HR.

Collaboration and Leadership

  • Work with other HR related functions, such as Professional Development and Talent Acquisition, to deliver comprehensive HR solutions.
  • Mentor and guide HR Specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance service delivery.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience in a strategic HRBP role.
