Sr. VIP Travel Consultant wanted by GBT US LLC in New York, NY. Making reservations for air, train, hotel and car via computer and phone; Preparing and accepting payment for vendors; Communicating with client via email and phone; Preparing client profile updates; Conducting accounting research for refund on credit card; Addressing customer service issues during travel; Assisting in the training of other consultants with respect to international travel; Calling hotels, car service and private charter broker for reservations; Arranging meals for private charter; Providing quality control for all airline, hotel, car reservations; Meeting and greeting international translators for traveler arrangements; Reserving conference rooms for client meetings at hotels; Providing visa and Passport assistance with respect to international travel; Liaising with International rate desk for foreign travel; Providing cost options for coach and first-class travel; and Preparing reservations utilizing Electronic Ticketing.

Must have a High School diploma plus five (5) years of experience in any occupation which includes the required exp./skills. Five (5) years of experience working with SABRE GDS data system for client travel; Five (5) years of experience working with Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft tools, excel and word; Five (5) years of experience in creating International Fare Construction; Strong customer service skills with high profile clientele within the Travel and Hospitality industry; Deep knowledge of worldwide and airline geography, business travel theory and government entry/exit regulations. Must be willing to work Sunday through Wednesday, 4pm EST until 3am EST. May work from home office anywhere in the United States. $58,448$ - $72,800/yr
