This role contributes to the execution of the company’s HR strategy, supporting the attraction, retention, and motivation of top talent.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Design, implement, and update Compensation &amp; Benefits policies and procedures globally, in alignment with corporate strategy.</li><li>Partner with Business Units on annual salary reviews, objective setting and evaluation, and administration of annual variable compensation (bonuses).</li><li>Manage Long-Term Incentive Plans, including participant tracking, <span>onboarding/offboarding,</span> documentation, and database maintenance.</li><li>Conduct internal and external compensation benchmarking to support hiring and promotion decisions, ensuring equity and competitiveness.</li><li>Participate in global compensation surveys to define and update salary bands and benefits structures.</li><li>Prepare presentations and reports for internal Committees on Compensation &amp; Benefits topics.</li><li>Collaborate on corporate-level C&amp;B projects, working closely with Ferrovial’s Business Units and Affiliates to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.</li><li>Provide day-to-day support across all operational aspects of the Compensation &amp; Benefits function.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Minimum of <b>10 years of experience in Human Resources</b>, with <b>4–5 years focused on Compensation &amp; Benefits</b>.</li><li>University degree preferably in  <b>Business Administration, Economics, Labor Relations and Human Resources</b> or similar</li><li>Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or certification in Compensation &amp; Benefits is will be a plus.</li><li><b>Fluent in English (C1 level)</b>.</li><li><b>Advanced level in Workday</b> for HR operations and compensation management.</li><li>Advanced skills in <b>Microsoft Office</b>, especially <b>Excel.</b></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Seize the challenge.
