Senior IT Delivery Manager - Risk

It provides application support services for the Corporate functions globally and locally to the Aegon Holding.</p><p></p><p><b>The Job in a Nutshell</b></p><p>The Delivery Manager develops and manages their products/services with their team(s). The Delivery Manager works closely with the Business Owner, to help define and prioritize deliverables for the team. The Delivery Manager has a significant role in quality control and is empowered to accept work as done. The Delivery Manager works closely with the team to align around objectives, incentives, and culture. The Delivery Manager is accountable for team development and performance of the individual team members and the team as a whole. </p><p></p><p><b>Accountabilities</b></p><ul><li>Delivers operational stability for the products/services they manage</li><li>Takes ownership to deliver against agreed SLA’s</li><li>Ensure products/services are secure and compliant, meeting audit and control needs</li><li>Ensures configuration management of products /services is up to date and based upon agreed requirements</li><li>Establish priorities and roadmap with Business Owner and manage backlog in collaboration with the team and Business Owner</li><li>Collaborate proactively in ceremonies with the team</li><li>Provide HR line management, which includes staff training, career planning opportunities, performance evaluations, in addition to coaching and mentoring staff</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Work with Business Owner to ensure products/services align with IT strategy and business strategies</li><li>Ensure high quality of service delivery, ensure business continuity.</li><li>Work with Audit, Info Sec, Privacy, TPRM and Control depts to meet compliancy and SOX requirements</li><li>Implement product releases, including planning with technical and business stakeholders and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities</li><li>Provide reports/scorecard performance (KPI’s/KRI’s) to all levels of management as required</li><li>Conducts quarterly SLA meeting with Business Owner and other key stakeholders</li><li>Work with Vendors to ensure Operational SLA’s are met</li><li>Work with Business Owners to ensure Product/Service contracts/licenses are managed effectively</li><li>Provide resource strategy/planning in collaboration with the IT Lead</li><li>Works together with the IT Lead to manage the budget and cost, provide transparency to Business Owner as part of SLA and review total cost of ownership</li><li>Frequent feedback sessions and sharing of lessons learned with Business Owner and Team</li><li>Quarterly checking with team regarding goals, development and wellbeing.</li><li>Yearly goals setting and performance mgt with team</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or experience work in a related field</li><li>Experience in HR line management with medium/large teams</li><li>Good understanding of product lifecycle management</li><li>Able to work at strategic and tactical level</li><li>Experience with supporting budget and costs management</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Accurate and precise attention to detail</li><li>Leadership and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Able to build interpersonal relationships with own team, senior management and internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Working knowledge of IT software development and IT SaaS solutions</li><li>Good sense of humor</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>At least 4-5+ years of related work experience.</li><li>Working with global teams</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What are we offering?</b></p><p>We offer you an interesting position where you will work in an international, ambitious and dynamic organization with highly experienced professionals and a very collaborative mindset.  Your growth and development are very important to us, that is why we invest amply in our employees in the form of professional development and career enhancement.
