Job Summary:

The Director of Sales Enablement & Partnerships is a senior leadership role responsible for building and executing the company's sales enablement infrastructure and strategic partnerships function. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this role is integral to driving revenue growth, expanding market presence in the credit union industry, and creating scalable go-to-market systems. This is a technical, procurement-oriented role, requiring a meticulous and process-driven approach to evaluating partner and vendor terms and analyzing contract and margin structures. This role has no direct reports initially but is expected to build, hire, and lead the Sales Enablement and Partnerships teams as the company scales.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

No direct reports at this time; will build, lead, and scale the Sales Enablement and Partnerships teams in alignment with company growth objectives as future hires are made.


Duties/ Responsibilities:

Sales Enablement

● Develop and maintain a centralized library of sales content, pitch decks, battlecards, case studies, and objection-handling guides tailored to the credit union market.

● Design and execute onboarding and ongoing training programs for internal sales staff and contractors to ensure consistent messaging and product knowledge.

● Optimize and manage the sales tech stack including CRM, sales intelligence tools, and content management systems to support efficient pipeline management.

● Define, track, and report on sales enablement KPIs and use data-driven insights to iterate and continuously improve programs.

● Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Customer Success to ensure sales teams are equipped to articulate evolving product value propositions.

Partnerships

● Research, identify, and vet the right partners for Blossom — including core processors, integration partners, embedded/API-based products, and third-party products suitable for resale — with a meticulous, process-driven approach to evaluating fit and quality.

● Analyze and compare partner terms, pricing, and contract structures in detail, ensuring Blossom maintains adequate margin and working with and define the appropriate retail price for each partner product or integration.

● Negotiate with partners and work through contract terms, then serve as the primary relationship owner for each partnership, tracking terms, renewal dates, and obligations to ensure long-term success for both parties.

● Translate partner marketing and technical materials into Blossom-ready sales and marketing collateral, and work cross-functionally with Product, Legal, and Finance to support seamless integration and execution of partnership initiatives.

● Build internal enablement resources around partner channels, training sales teams on how to leverage partner relationships within the sales process.

● Coordinate with Product and Legal to help ensure partnership agreements and related product documentation are accurate and accessible to internal teams.

Pricing

● Provide Finance with feedback on pricing models, drawing on partner terms, margin structures, and market insights.

● Support communication of finalized pricing to sales and enablement teams ahead of every product launch, so the sales organization is fully equipped to sell from day one.

● Gather and relay market feedback, competitive positioning, and partner or customer input to Finance to inform ongoing pricing adjustments.

Strategy

● Contribute to strategic planning, revenue forecasting, and company direction.

● Provide regular reports and insights to the CEO on enablement program performance and partnership pipeline.

● Operate effectively balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Required Skills/ Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to credit union executives, board members, and frontline staff.

  • Strong knowledge of the credit union ecosystem including core processors, CUSOs, leagues, and regulatory environment.

  • Proven ability to explain technical software products to non-technical audiences in the financial services space.

  • Strong negotiation and relationship management capabilities with experience structuring partnership agreements.

  • Analytical and data-driven approach to program development, measurement, and decision-making.
