What You’ll Do:
In this role, you will provide administrative and configuration management (CM) support for the Space Radiation Task Order on the Human Health and Performance Contract 2 (HHPC2). You will serve as the point of contact for project related administrative functions for the Space Radiation efforts within the SA Directorate. The administrative specialist is expected to provide administrative and CM support for all space radiation projects including the RadWorks project control boards and change panels, scheduling and minutes for meetings, SharePoint and confluence administration and CM. This includes managing project review sites for milestones, maintain project change notices, risk tracking and schedule website sites.
You will:
- Maintain training logs, meeting calendars & notices
- Prepare document templates, formatting, collection and posting of project presentations and documents
- Meeting support: Room reservations, scheduling, track attendance, run computer, record meetings, track actions, type minutes & post
- Manage SharePoint site access, permissions, team calendars and overall site configuration maintenance
- Maintain email distribution lists and team rosters
- Maintain out-of-office calendar
- Maintain required training and compliance certifications
- Support and document JSC and HHPC2 safety inspections and walk throughs
- Follow organization and department procedures to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures at NASA JSC
What You Bring:
You bring experience leading the administrative responsibilities of the Space Radiation Analysis Group (SRAG) and radiation projects. You use your experience and judgment to maintain configuration for the project documents and websites. You will work alongside project teams, IT and customers to provide scheduling and tracking for all project meetings and reviews. You comply with KBR’s Safety, Health and Environmental Plan, Quality Plan, and all safety policies and procedures, and complete all assigned training.
Requirements
Your Qualifications:
- High School Diploma and 5 years of related experience
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures at NASA JSC
- Must Reside in a HUBZone
