Trainer* and Digital Enabler* 

 

As a part of our Digital Commercial Team, you will support our vison to become a digital and data driven pharmaceutical powerhouse. You will start in the German Commercial Team and drive the enablement of our field force as well as internal functions to use our digital applications in the best way to fulfill their goals. You will work closely together with our business teams and find ways how end user easily can implement digital tools in the daily work routines. 

Your main responsibilities are:
•    Take ownership and ensure high quality end-to-end training for the tools of our digital commercial ecosystem
•    Support field-based employees and internal functions through training with focus on marketing/sales related digital solution
•    Prepare onboarding, training and communication material (e.g. release notes, knowledge articles) on digital tools and data solutions for field force and internal commercial functions (e.g. Marketing, Medical)
•    Conduct initial and refresher trainings for end user and multiplier 
•    Explain to end users what takes place inside the “black box” of an analytics model and help users to incorporate data insights into working routines
•    Serve as the primary point of contact on all issues related to the use of digital tools for the field force

What you have to offer.
•    Degree in Economics, Business Administration or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in a role as Trainer and/or Change Manager ideally within commercial in the life science & pharmaceutical industry 
•    Strong conceptual and methodical skills to create easy understandable learning and training material
•    Strong communication and change management skills especially ability to articulate and convince about digital and analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholder
•    Knowledge of CRM tools in pharmaceutical industry as well as knowledge about project management and knowledge management tools like Jira/Confluence
•    Experience as field-based employee in pharmaceutical industry or trainer in this context is a strong plus
•    Working knowledge as a Project Manager as well as knowledge of digital learning and authoring tools is a plus
•    Out-of-the-Box thinker and operational/hands-on ability as well as enthusiasm for driving process improvement and ability to foster a culture of continuous learning and development
•    Fluent in German and English
