Product Manager

KodyPay, a dynamic and expanding fintech start-up, is seeking a Product Designer to join our company of 30. With recent funding from prominent tech investors and leading hospitality chains, we're poised for significant growth.

As a Product Manager, you’ll be joining our Product team of 2 Product Managers, a Product Designer and the CPO and you'll also work closely with the technology team. Our focus as a team is on shaping the best products for our merchants, our merchants' staff and consumers, as well as KodyPay internal users. We are growing our team in order to increase our focus on each of our products (Terminal app, Embedded financial solutions, CMS, Admin tool ...)

The user being at the centre of our decisions, we are looking for a PM that constantly advocates and drives a human-centred product development approach.

Requirements

• You have 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a FinTech,
• You have solid knowledge in incremental software development with a focus on value for your users,
• You are able to create, argue and adapt your own product roadmap,
• You are business minded: your product decisions are driven by the business impact (we highly consider customer satisfaction as a business growth factor),
• You have experience in working closely with remote software development teams in a product manager role,
• You have great presentation and stakeholder management skills that will help you communicate the value of your roadmap across the team and company,
• You have the ability to adapt quickly to changing product priorities,
• You can work with full autonomy (and in a remote-first environment)
• UK-based (preferably in or close to London) with the right to work in the UK

• Salary of £60,000-70,000 per year
• Remote-first. We have an office in Shoreditch if you prefer working from an office - completely optional.
