IT Business Systems Lead

Duties: Plan and lead data management activities such as designing data models and developing new data management practices. Conduct source system analysis and data profiling for lifecycle management. Define processes for data cleansing, validating, and transforming. Define requirements and implement data matching, merging rules, and survivorship criteria. Design and build MDM data models from scratch for multiple domains like Customer, Product, Contact etc. Integrate MDM application with other business systems like CRM, CPQ, ERP, marketing automation platform using technologies and methods such as ETL and SOAP, REST APIs. Implement MDM services and capabilities, Data Governance and Data Quality solutions using Informatica IDQ platform. Customize MDM application functionality per business requirements using technologies such as JAVA and PL/SQL, Stored procedures, and functions. Build MDM user interface for master data governance activities such as create, read, update, and delete using Informatica provisioning tool. Implement, maintain, and evolve Data Governance and Stewardship processes associated with MDM ecosystem. Build workflow capabilities that provide interaction of human and system capabilities to maintain the data quality. 100% telecommuting allowed from anywhere in the U.S. *This position qualifies for UL LLC’s employee referral policy program.*

 

Education and Experience Required:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related and seven (7) years of experience as a software developer, MDM/IDD developer, computer systems engineer, or related

Special Skills Required: Must have work experience in each of the following: 1) 5 years installing and configuring Informatica Master Data Management (MDM) applications; 2) Informatica Data Quality; 3) integrating MDM applications using REST and SOAP APIs; 4) Java programming; 5) PL/SQL programming; and 6) designing and building MDM data models from scratch and integrating MDM applications in real-time and batch mode with CRM, CPQ, ERP, marketing automation platform and other enterprise applications. 100% telecommuting allowed from anywhere in the U.S.
