The Role

As a Change Manager you will ensure projects meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee and client adoption and usage. You will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. You will coordinate with many others in the organization to implement the agreed adoption plan.

How you'll contribute

• Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
• Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications.
• Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
• Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management / Business Administration or any related course.
• With at least 5 years of relevant work experience
• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
• Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
• Change management certification or designation desired
• Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
• Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
• Problem solving and root cause identification skills
• Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
