Due to our continued growth, we are hiring for a Senior Accountant at NAS Recruitment Innovation, an M3 company.

Job Description

• Perform accurate month end closing processes to generate financial reports
• Perform various account reconciliations and work to resolve any discrepancies
• Analyze financial reports pre-close and post-close to determine trends, estimates, and significant changes
• Maintain revenue recognition standards (ie: invoicing, discounts, rebates) and associated costs
• Assist with various projects as well as audit and tax requests
• Assist in government compliance issues, such as taxes and required state reporting
• Perform monthly and ad-hoc reports to the executive team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years of related experience
• Exceptional time management, organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proactive and efficient
• Experience with monitoring Fixed Assets
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills – both verbal and written
• Strong Excel skillset
• Must have a strong ability to be able to analysis a P&L statement
• Familiarity with NetSuite, Salesforce, and MineralTree is a plus
