Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our organization. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, and compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of best practices in human resources.

Qualifications

• Higher education (preferably in Human Resources);
• At least 5 years experience in HR, managerial experience will be valued;
• Expertise in the labor market;.
• Excellent spoken and written English skills;
• Advanced computer literacy & analytical skills;
• Business mindset, personality with fast thinking and proactive attitude;
• Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
