Job Description Summary

We are seeking to recruit a driven and dynamic Senior Consultant to join our rapidly expanding Sustainability consulting team. This is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious, entrepreneurial team and working with a diverse client base to deliver on their sustainability commitments and ensure impactful results.

You would have the opportunity to work closely with a variety of Real Estate clients to advise them on asset performance, working to deliver Net Zero and ESG strategies. You will guide investors and corporate clients on key sustainability topics and develop action plans for their assets that consider health and well-being of occupants while deliver impactful and meaningful results in line with targets for energy consumption and carbon emissions.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Participation in the performance of energy audits of commercial and residential buildings

  • Participation in projects related to the optimisation of energy consumption in buildings

  • Participation in projects related to supporting clients in sustainable construction and ESG factor analysis, including the development of decarbonisation plans

  • Cooperation with a multidisciplinary sustainability team in Czech Republic and abroad

  • Substantive cooperation in the creation of marketing and sales materials,

  • Participation in internal and external meetings
     

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience working on sustainability projects, including primarily real estate energy efficiency management, energy consumption analysis or decarbonisation.

  • Experience using (local) energy simulation software

  • Accredited Certified Energy Specialist, able to perform PENB Audits

  • University degree in Environmental Engineering, Energy, General Construction or another related field

  • Knowledge of ESG topics and willingness to further develop in this area

  • Knowledge of energy performance certification methodology

  • A mindset to seek new solutions and new opportunities for initiatives in commercial buildings

  • Very good knowledge of written and spoken English including technical vocabulary

  • Ability to organise time effectively and work collaboratively within a team

  • Knowledge of BREEAM/LEED certification processes, CRREM methodology and carbon footprint calculation methodology will be an advantage
