Department Overview
We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Human Resources Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in various HR functions, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and legal requirements
Being a subject matter expert for the HR Admin team and the HRBP team
Building new functionalities in local HR applications, e.g., working time, holidays, tax relief for creators to automate processes
Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters
Participate in global and local HR projects and initiatives to improve overall HR effectiveness
Manage and administer employee benefits programs like PPE, Life insurance, private medical care
Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for all employees
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and ensure data integrity
Stay informed about HR trends, regulations, and best practices
Demonstrating curiosity, proactivity, and a drive to find new solutions
Basic Requirements
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a senior or specialist role
Strong understanding of Polish labor law and HR best practices
General knowledge of regulations concerning the employment of foreigners, employees with disabilities, employee pension plan sponsored by the employer
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Fluency in English and Polish (both written and spoken)
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
Experience working in an international environment
