Department Overview

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Human Resources Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in various HR functions, contributing to a positive and productive work environment. 


Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and legal requirements

  • Being a subject matter expert for the HR Admin team and the HRBP team

  • Building new functionalities in local HR applications, e.g., working time, holidays, tax relief for creators to automate processes

  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters

  • Participate in global and local HR projects and initiatives to improve overall HR effectiveness

  • Manage and administer employee benefits programs like PPE, Life insurance, private medical care

  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for all employees

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and ensure data integrity

  • Stay informed about HR trends, regulations, and best practices

  • Demonstrating curiosity, proactivity, and a drive to find new solutions


Basic Requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a senior or specialist role

  • Strong understanding of Polish labor law and HR best practices

  • General knowledge of regulations concerning the employment of foreigners, employees with disabilities, employee pension plan sponsored by the employer

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Fluency in English and Polish (both written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field

  • Experience working in an international environment
