What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year multi-family property management experience (leadership experience a plus)
• High-energy, customer-focused attitude
• Strong leadership and training skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, solutions-oriented environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong written communication skills
• Experience with Entrata or similar property management software is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training team members
• Support delinquency management and financial tracking
• Drive occupancy through leasing and marketing strategies
• Process purchase orders and invoices as needed
• Conduct property leasing and maintain rent roll tracking
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents
• Maintain professional appearance and attitude at all times
