Athenix Trainer II

Athenix Cyber and SIGNIT is hiring for a Trainer 2 in Annapolis Junction, MD to plan and manage training development for a large program, performing Instructional Design, developing formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars. 

 

 Do you have skills and experience in some of the following areas?

• Planning and managing training development programs
• Performing Instructional Design
• Developing formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars
• Developing online web-based training, distance learning presentations, training plans, courses, and materials of a technical nature

Requirements

• Active Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph is required
• 5-10 years of experience planning and managing training development for large programs
• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Education, Liberal Arts, or similar degree or equivalent.
• A Master’s Degree may be substituted for two years of experience, thereby reducing the total years of experience to three (3). In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted.
• SIGINT related experience within the intelligence Community; 3 Years
• Current certification through Natl Cryptologic University (NCU)
• 5yrs training experience with digital signals processing
• Experience with curriculum development and maintenance
• Experience with administrating virtual training
• Ability to travel
• SIGINT and C++ experience
