Finance Accountant with German (Income & Project Order) Job

As an  Income & Project Order Accountant you will be responsible to administer and take responsibility for activities throughout the whole accounts receivable service offering to support the NTT DATA Finance organization the best possible way.

 

What you'll be doing 

 

• Oversee and execute overall process of order and project creation in SAP – for NTT DATA customer projects as well as internal project set-up
• Maintaining running projects, e.g., by creating project extensions
• Closing of orders and projects including generation of final reports
• Drive end-to-end process improvement, find opportunities to lead standardization and consistency for process optimization and automatization

 
What you'll bring along 

 

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Finance & Accounting – experience within accounts receivables
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics, Finance & Accounting, or comparable academic studies or completed commercial vocational training
• Ideally knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations
• Business English and German language fluency are essential – both written and verbal communication skills
• Detailed understanding of Finance (Income & Project Order) processes and experience in operational processing of accounts receivable-related operations (e.g., order and project creation)
• Good skills and experience in MS Word / Excel / Outlook / Teams, Salesforce and SAP FI / PS / SD are desirable
• Analytical skills as well as ability to identify and actively address optimization potentials
• Self-starter and ability to work independently
• Commitment to integrity, internal controls and data privacy
• Organizational skills and the ability to set priorities correctly
• Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working combined with economic thinking and action
