As part of our EY GDS Poland - Finance Consulting Team, you will help clients in their Business Transformation projects. We are seeking a proactive and flexible consultant with extensive functional experience in ERP implementations.
 
Your key responsibilities
 
•    Assist clients in Business Transition assignments and S/4 HANA implementations, upgrades or conversion programs.
•    Utilize and demonstrate a deep understanding of the SAP Activate methodology to ensure structured and efficient project delivery.
•    Design, create, and implement comprehensive test strategies for large SAP programs.
•    Perform end-to-end testing of SAP systems, ensuring integration between various modules.
•    Develop and enhance automation frameworks for UI and APIs
•    Identify, register, plan, and mitigate risks, clearly communicating them to stakeholders.
•    Lead and mentor the testing team, providing guidance and support throughout the testing phases.
•    Collaborate closely with business analysts, project managers, and technical teams to understand project scope and testing requirements.

 
To qualify for the role, you must have
 
•    Proven experience in in testing systems in S/4 HANA implementation projects
•    Familiarity with SAP methodology (project management, ideally SAP Activate).
•    Strong knowledge and experience in one of the finance domains (S2P, R2R, OTC, FPA)
•    Hands-on SAP knowledge, e.g., experience as a key user. Ideally, you should have knowledge of system configuration or, at least, an understanding of how the system operates.
•    Proficiency in test management tools like ALM, ADO, JIRA, and Qtest
•    Proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing client needs and project requirements.
•    Proficiency in English.
 
Ideally, you’ll also have
 
•    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
•    Project coordination skills.
