Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity to join Adobe corporate finance team as we continue to propel the business through thoughtful analysis and insights. We are looking to hire a Senior Financial Analyst to guide company-wide financial planning, facilitate decision-making, drive strategic initiatives, and scale new and existing processes.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive topline rolling financial forecast process and financial modeling to support earnings
  • Develop and consolidate full P&L financial reporting and analysis including quarterly results package for various executive financial reviews
  • Prepare CFO presentations for Financial Analyst meetings and Board of Director meetings. Tell the story of business performance using high impact visuals with compelling insights for forward looking outlook and highlight priorities, risks, and opportunities.
  • Lead FX analytics to report on the business impact as a result of currency fluctuations
  • Determine appropriate process, methodology, variables, and modeling techniques to develop and deliver forecasts. Seek efficiencies in processes, designing for scale and flexibility
  • Develop key highlights/Key Performance Indicators to drive business performance and track growth initiatives
  • Partner with Finance Systems team to refine data systems and tools to track performance, provide reporting solutions and enhance operational insights.
  • Be curious with strong desire to drive issues to root cause, such as in the explanation of key variances between actuals and plans / forecasts

What You Need to Succeed

  • 5+ years of financial planning & analysis experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, efficient and self-motivated with the ability to follow through and implement operational improvements.
  • Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously, planning ahead and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding communication to articulate key business and financial impact, with ability to take charge, influence decision making across cross-functional teams.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required, with experience in data visualization (PowerBI, Tableau) preferred. Focus on building scalable analytics & reporting.
  • BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $96,100 -- $194,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
