Principal III, Oracle Fusion Delivery Lead

Overview

THE ROLE: 

Herbalife is embarking on a global transformation initiative to implement Oracle Fusion across PLM, Finance, Supply Chain, Order Management, Warehousing, and Transportation, striving to streamline operations and improve transparency across our worldwide footprint. The Principal III Oracle Fusion Delivery Lead is a key role blending project management, quality assurance and leadership.  You’ll supervise the end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion projects, ensuring high quality implementations achieved through meticulous testing.  Your responsibilities include handling project tasks, timelines, and defining and executing testing strategies to guarantee system reliability and performance. This position requires a top-tier professional with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion project management, testing, and global project delivery.HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE: 

 

•    Project Management: Lead the planning and execution of Oracle Fusion rollouts ensuring on time delivery and seamless collaboration with partners.•    Risk Management: Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, track status, and implement risk remediation strategies to keep the project on track.•    Global Testing Strategy: Develop and implement a robust testing strategy for Oracle Fusion, encompassing unit, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) across PLM, Finance, Supply Chain, Order Management, Warehousing, and Transportation modules on a global scale.•    Develop detailed test plans, scripts, and scenarios; coordinate with regional leads and global users for validation.•    Defect Oversight: Manage defect identification, prioritization, and resolution, collaborating with development teams, Oracle support, and implementation partners to ensure timely fixes and retesting.•    Cutover Leadership: Design and implement a comprehensive cutover plan, including data migration, system switchover, and release activities, tailored to minimize disruption across global operations.•    Cross-Regional Coordination: Align project activities with project timelines, working closely with global collaborators, IT teams, and external consultants to accommodate regional requirements and time zones.•    Quality Control: Ensure Oracle Fusion configurations, customizations, and integrations meet global business standards and regulatory compliance prior to deployment.•    Documentation: Maintain thorough project documentation including project plans, timelines, test outcomes, cutover checklists, and post-implementation reviews to support audits and future rollouts.•    Process Optimization: Analyze testing and cutover results to recommend improvements for subsequent phases or regions in the global deployment.•    Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: 

 

•    8+ years of meaningful experience in project management and quality assurance.•    8+ years of experience working in large Oracle ERP/EBS projects in project management and quality assurance roles with at least 2 Oracle Fusion projects.•    Exceptional project management skills and QA skills to handle sophisticated, multi-region testing and cutover schedules.•    Analytical and problem-solving abilities to address technical and operational challenges.•    Meticulous with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.•    Effective communicator adept at working with diverse, global teams.•    Resilient and adaptable, thriving in high-pressure launch scenarios.•    Proficiency in Oracle Fusion testing tools and defect management platforms (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, OpKey).•    Ability to prioritize and manage work, adhering to critical and aggressive project timelines in a fast-paced environment. Education

•    Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field     Preferred Qualifications:•    Project Management (PMP, Google, etc) a plus•    Certifications in Oracle Fusion a plus
