How our hybrid model works

This role is hybrid meaning associates spend 3 days per week in-person at one of our offices listed on this job posting. Fridays are enterprise-wide virtual work days. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are in-person days for associates to spend time together working in our beautifully-designed team areas.

Role Summary

Capital One, a Fortune Magazine “100 Best Companies to Work For,” is transforming their marketing operations and is seeking a Workfront Junior Group Administrator with Adobe Workfront administration experience. Capital One is revolutionizing Marketing Operations to be a catalyst, enabling business teams to achieve their goals through marketing software and automation capabilities supported by well managed delivery processes.  As a Workfront Junior Group Administrator, your primary responsibility will be supporting Workfront users across the Capital One’s Card Business Marketing Operations team. You will provide support for user management, training, develop meaningful reporting, manage group-specific forms and workflows, and support enhancements or advance utilization of Workfront. This role will sit within the Enterprise Workfront team but will work closely with the existing Senior Group Administrator for Capital One’s Card business.

Responsibilities 

Workfront Jr Group System Administration and Management

  • Execute user licenses for designated group to ensure correct alignment of associate to Workfront license type based on system access and functionality needs

  • Provision, edit, and deactivate users

  • Create and update project templates, custom forms, and other Workfront objects for respective group

  • Assists with systems builds, configurations and development/automation tasks for system enhancements 

  • Support regular audits on group utilization and data to increase system quality, resolve inconsistencies and correct workflow and/or system integration processes

  • Audit system use and execute clean-up activities for assigned group to ensure platform hygiene

  • Support enterprise-wide and Card-specific governance activities

  • Provides direction to Workfront team SMEs on basic administration of the application

Workfront Reporting: Creating visibility and understanding of the work and resource utilization 

  • Builds reports and dashboards to assist in user workflow, portfolio/program/projects, channel deliverables, project types and resource management

  • Review and audit existing reports to ensure data integrity and identify user training needs

  • Performs statistical analysis on gathered data, running queries and making recommendations

Workfront System Training & Support: Providing group end user training and support to solidify team understanding and further system utilization    

  • Supports the creation of training materials - including but not limited to: training presentations, QRGs (Quick Reference Guides), Job Aids and training videos

  • Assisting new associates to the group with their onboarding within the team to ensure familiarity with the Workfront system and understanding of role-specific responsibilities within the system

  • Answering user questions and troubleshooting user issues via slack, email, and Workfront Support Requests

  • Hosting recurring office hours with users for troubleshooting and knowledge sharing

  • Logging, documenting, and escalating recurring issues to the Enterprise Workfront team for resolution
