About the Team
DriveWealth’s Corporate Development & Strategy team partners with executive management to define and execute key strategic priorities. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, our team plays a central role in driving growth initiatives and leading strategic transactions. With DriveWealth recently valued at $2.85 billion after our Series D fundraise, this internship offers a unique opportunity to be part of our company’s hyper-growth phase and contribute meaningfully to shaping its future.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leaders and executives on high-priority workstreams, including creating board meeting materials and monthly financial and KPI reviews
- Track earnings releases of public competitors, conduct key competitor analysis, and manage public comparables
- Take ownership of creating bi-weekly business materials for the executive team, featuring key industry news, earnings updates, comparable company analysis, and other relevant insights
- Develop and refine strategic financial models and analyses to support strategy and execution priorities
- Assist with IPO preparation
- Ad-hoc strategic priorities
- Support strategic investing, strategic partnerships, and M&A activities throughout all phases of the deal lifecycle
What You’ll Need
- Relevant project-based or internship experience (experience in investment banking, management consulting, technology, financial services, and/or brokerage is a plus, but not required)
- Interested in starting a career in Corporate Development and Strategy and/or Investment Banking
- We seek candidates who embrace change and are prepared to grow with our company and team
- Strong communication skills are also essential as the role will engage with the most senior levels of management, as well as external stakeholders
- Curious and critical thinker with strong technical (Excel, PowerPoint, financial models, etc.) and communication skills
- Drive and enthusiasm to shift between big picture thinking and detail orientation
- Ability to review and synthesize information and form independent judgments
- Ability to manage a variety of special projects and meet competing deadlines through thoughtful reprioritization and stakeholder engagement
- Flawless judgment in safeguarding information

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors, Masters, or MBA degree with a graduation date between December 2026 and June 2028
- Be available full-time and in-person for 40 hours per week
- Must reside in the NY-metro area; relocation support will not be provided
- Must be available from Monday, June 1, 2026 to Friday, August 14, 2026
