<p><strong>Family Description</strong><br/><br/>Supply (SU) covers the configuration, demand, and supply planning, order management, sourcing, production, delivery, and managing the procurement activities towards our suppliers.<br/><br/><strong>Subfamily Description</strong><br/><br/>Procurement (PRO) associates with specifying procurement demands, selecting and contracting suppliers, maintaining the relationship to a supplier, and managing the lifecycle; including supplier performance, risk, and phase-out for all suppliers for direct material, services, and indirect material.<br/><br/> </p> <p>Specific: </p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement strategic HR operation and Employee Benefit procurement plans aligned with the organization's sustainability, financial, and Business Group goals, including the exploration and execution of Employee Benefit provider Agreements. </li> <li>Conduct thorough assessments of HR Benefit market dynamics, identifying opportunities and risks for strategic procurement decisions. </li> <li>Lead negotiations with Benefit providers to secure optimal contracts, ensuring favorable terms for the organization. </li> <li>Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to inform and enhance procurement strategies. </li> <li>Provide expert guidance on the structuring and negotiation of Employee Benefit and other HR operation related contracts. </li> <li>Lead the development of innovative Employee Benefit procurement initiatives, to enhance operational efficiency, cost management and environmental impact. </li> <li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate procurement initiatives seamlessly into overall business objectives. </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Overall: </p> <ul> <li>E2E accountability to develop/maintain category and supplier strategies with stakeholders, that identify new market opportunities, provide competition in category and manage supply risks, securing business continuity and quality of service. </li> <li>Supplier Relationship Management including business review with key suppliers. </li> <li>Stakeholder relationship management </li> <li>Translation of the category and supplier strategies into executable sourcing plans based on actual portfolio demands​. </li> <li>​Ensures cost, availability, innovation, and quality within the sourcing plan creation and execution​. </li> <li>​Drives/ executes global supplier selection along strategy​. </li> <li>​Supplier base development, and identification of new suppliers​ </li> <li>​Leading contract and price negotiations with suppliers​ </li> <li>Secures best T&amp;Cs/contracting for Nokia competitiveness​. </li> <li>Responsible for efficient RFx process from selection through onboarding according to the agreed strategies​ </li> <li>Contract life cycle management ​ </li> <li>Ensures compliance with procurement process, SOX, and other statutory requirements within own category​. </li> <li>Anticipation and handling of changes based on supply market dynamics, Feasibility Studies​ </li> <li>Manages supplier performance​. </li> <li>Accountable for agreed KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and their reporting. </li> <li>Acts as procurement subject matter expert that supports management to make an informed decision. </li> <li>Demonstrated experience in managing cross functional relationships and stakeholders including senior stakeholders.
