Software Quality Engineer SAP Business Systems (Development Architecture)

The global IT & quality processes of Sonova moves more and more towards one functional, collaborative operating unit. This very influential role owns part of responsibility in the technical IT quality management process, which covers several locations across the globe. In this role you are architecting and developing our ERP System and help the teams to stay on our path towards an high qualified System. Your tasks:

• quality review and approval of Development Documentation in ALM Tool
• alignment and approval of transports in our SAP landscape according to CIT SOPs & Policies
• individual technical Analysis of Developments (e.g. SAP) and make suggestions for improvements
• provide detailed technical knowhow to support solution decisions 
• define and maintain quality standards and best practices for developments
• review existing IT solutions for improvements, stay up-to-date with new technologies.
• support & monitor the  business process creation phase (Macros & Micros incl. quality attributes in Solution Manager) 
• ensures that all developments are in compliance with government regulations and 
• relevant standards such as ISO 13485, CFR 820, GMP, GDP, MDSAP, MDR, GRC
• validates quality processes by establishing quality system attributes; documenting evidence; 
• writing, updating and / or reviewing and approving QMS Procedures from a technical perspective  
• preparation, quality review and / or approval of release documentation in ALM tool according to CSV WI and RACI
• help update e QMS Policies, SOPs and WI's with respect to application lifecycle management 

Your profile:

• experience with relevant programming languages & techniques (e.g. ABAP, SQL, Java, OO, Eclipse etc.)
• experience with relevant IT Technologies and Protocols (e.g. Adobe, EDI, ODBC, RFC, XML etc.)
• familiar with SAP Standards (e.g. ERP, Hana etc.) and Custom Development procedures
• familiar with Agile Project Implementation Methodologies
• strong multiple end to end project lifecycle experience for implementing SAP Business System
• familiar with Agile project implementation methodologies
• experience in organizational change / process change and how to manage transformations
• self-driven personality with high analytical and conceptual thinking, excellent interpersonal skills, team player, goal-oriented, problem solving, negotiation, with the ability to perform in a complex, global environment 
• exceptional written and verbal communication skills 
• ability to work independently and in a team environment
