Compensation: $20.87 - $26.06 per hour

*This range reflects Carestream’s good faith estimate to pay fairly as starting wage. Offers will be tailored within the range based on the selected candidate’s experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process, as well as geographic market differentials for the position.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Associate to administer high-revenue contracts, track unique government and commercial accounts, and deliver data to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will possess high level abilities to mine data from corporate systems and be skilled in resolving billing and operational issues.

Position Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
1.    Contract Management:
o    Track and administer Carestream agreements with third party service providers  
o    Point of contact for government invoicing and collection issues 
o    Assist in service provider transitions to ensure optimal performance and revenue retention

2.    Customer Liaison and Support:
o    Act as the point of contact for Service Sales full-price detector data, ensuring seamless customer replacements and billing/payment
o    Interact with Service Sales and Order Entry teams to address and resolve billing questions and issues
o    Act as the liaison between Service Sales team and Carestream Business Operations Center personnel on a variety of business needs

3.    Data Mining and Analytics:
o    Leverage corporate information systems for:

• Monthly KPI tracking and issue investigations, suggest solutions
• Weekly funnel reporting and planned revenue issue identification
• Tracking expiration of service coverage and reporting to management

o    Resolve system issues, including but not limited to:

• Order entry discrepancies
• Data integrity concerns

o    Other ad hoc reporting requests

4.    Unique Service Offerings Management:
o    Assist with early-stage implementations of Carestream service offerings
o    Track unique service and detector programs, including:

• Limited Call/PM-only plans
• Unique plans designed for channel partners

 

5.    Operational Support:

•  Assist with customer equipment serviceability inquiries
• Support the development and maintenance of unique service plans tailored to customer/channel partner needs
   

Required Skills & Education:

Experience:
•    5+ years of related work experience
Education
•    Associates Degree preferred but not required
Qualifications:
•    High level expertise with Microsoft Office suite 
•    Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills
•    Complex problem-solving with limited supervision
•    Strong teamwork skills but able to work and complete tasks with limited oversight
 

Desired Skills:

Preferred Skills:
•    SAP software suite experience
•    Background in administering unique service maintenance agreements 
•    Familiarity with analytics platforms and early-stage program implementation
